Talent Managers are users who manage actors, actresses, dancers, singers or hosts as their clients. They are representatives of their individual clients and are responsible for getting their clients jobs through casting calls. To apply as a Talent Manager, follow the steps below. Everyone is legible to apply as Talent Managers.

APPLYING AS A TALENT MANAGER Edit

To Apply as a talent manager, a user is to head over to the Talent Managers Board and post a thread with the users screen name and a statement of application (users state that they want to apply to be a Talent manager). Once the application has been posted, HR Department will comment on the thread indicating that the application has been approved. It will take at least one to two business days for the application to be approved. Once approved, the user will become a Talent Manager.

LOOKING FOR TALENTS Edit

As a talent manager, the user will have to look for clients that he/she wants to manage. To do so, the manager will once again head to the Talent Managers Board and post a new thread with the title: Name of Manager - Client Management.

The manager will then list the:

  1. Name of the Actor (Real Name)
  2. Birthdate of Actor (Real Birthdate)
  3. Occupation (Actor/Singer/Dancer/Host)

The manager can list up to a maximum of five different clients in each thread. HR Department will then check to see if the actors have existing manager, and if not, they will approve your request. This indicates that the user is now the manager of the listed clients. Anyone is legible to be an actor in AV Channel, including people from Social Media websites like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Vine, Youtube and more. Two talent managers cannot manage the same actor.

MAKING ACTORS & A MANAGER PAGE Edit

Once the request has been approved, the Talent Manager can start creating actor pages. To create an actor page, follow the format in Page Formats. If an actor page already exists, the page does not need to be created a second time. The manager also has to create a manager page for himself/herself featuring his work and the list of clients he has.

SEARCHING FOR JOBS FOR CLIENTS Edit

The main objective of a talent manager is to be able to get their clients roles in major series and films in AV Channel. To do so, the talent manager will head to the Casting Board where he/she will comment on threads where applicable. He/She can audition his/her client through commenting their name and the role they can play. Their client has to match the requirements of the roles on the thread.

DROPPING OF CLIENTS Edit

Talent Managers have the power to drop their clients if they think that their client does not get any roles for a long period of time. To do so, they will have to submit a Client Drop message to the Chief Human Resources Officer's Message Wall. The process will take less than a week. Once the process is over, the actor will again be open to have new talent managers.

PRODUCTION TEAM OFFERS Edit

If a Production Team wishes to offer an actor the role in their series or film, they will have to coordinate with the talent manager through the message walls, if the actors have a talent manager.
